1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and ZAFIRE ENTERPRISES PRIVATE LIMITED ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Dolu mobile application ("App") and the website dolu.app ("Website"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Dolu, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. Eligibility

To use Dolu, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not have been previously banned, suspended, or removed from Dolu.
• Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet the above eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of Dolu, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately at info@dolu.app if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate, false, or misleading information.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use Dolu responsibly and in compliance with our Community Guidelines. You shall not:

• Use the App for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Harass, threaten, bully, stalk, or intimidate other users.
• Post, share, or transmit any content that is obscene, sexually explicit, defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, or violent.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
• Solicit money, goods, or services from other users.
• Engage in spamming, phishing, or distribution of malware.
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to access or interact with the App.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the App.
• Record, capture, or screenshot video calls, voice chats, or private messages without the other user's explicit consent.
• Share content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of third parties.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban, at our sole discretion.

5. Content

5.1 User-Generated Content: You are solely responsible for all content you create, upload, share, or transmit on Dolu ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute such content in connection with operating and improving Dolu.

5.2 Content Moderation: We employ AI-based tools and human moderators to review content on the platform. We reserve the right to remove, edit, or restrict access to any content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines without prior notice.

5.3 Our Content: All text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, and other materials on the App and Website are the property of ZAFIRE ENTERPRISES PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Virtual Currency, Gifts, and Purchases

Dolu may offer virtual coins, tokens, or gifts ("Virtual Items") that can be purchased with real money. By purchasing Virtual Items:

• You acknowledge that Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
• We reserve the right to modify the pricing, availability, or functionality of Virtual Items at any time.
• Unused Virtual Items will be forfeited upon account termination.

7. Subscriptions and Premium Features

Dolu may offer subscription-based premium features. If you subscribe:

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal.
• You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your device's app store settings (Google Play or Apple App Store).
• Refunds for subscriptions are governed by the policies of the respective app store.

8. Privacy

Your use of Dolu is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using Dolu, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

The Dolu name, logo, brand identity, and all associated trademarks, service marks, and copyrights are the exclusive property of ZAFIRE ENTERPRISES PRIVATE LIMITED. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of our intellectual property without prior written permission.

10. Third-Party Services

Dolu may integrate with or link to third-party services, websites, or applications (such as payment processors, analytics providers, or social media platforms). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party service. Your use of such services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and policies.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Dolu is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• Any defects or errors will be corrected.
• The App is free of viruses or other harmful components.
• The results obtained from using the App will meet your expectations.

We do not guarantee the behaviour, identity, or intentions of any user you interact with on the platform.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ZAFIRE ENTERPRISES PRIVATE LIMITED, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Dolu, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, revenue, or profits.
• Personal injury or emotional distress.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the App.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of Dolu shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ZAFIRE ENTERPRISES PRIVATE LIMITED and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of Dolu, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or our Community Guidelines. Upon termination:

• Your right to access and use Dolu will immediately cease.
• Any unused Virtual Items, coins, or tokens will be forfeited.
• We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of Dolu shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation by contacting us at info@dolu.app.

16. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email. Your continued use of Dolu after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, constitute the entire agreement between you and ZAFIRE ENTERPRISES PRIVATE LIMITED regarding your use of Dolu and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
